Privacy Policy
1. Overview
This policy explains how the mobile app handles information when you create and save short videos. We aim to keep this description simple and limited to what the app actually does.
2. Photos you choose
To generate a video, you select a face photo from your device. That photo is sent over the internet so the video can be created. We do not use your device camera unless you choose a photo that was already saved on your device.
3. Videos, downloads, and sharing
Generated videos may be downloaded to your device and kept in an in-app collection. If you use the system share feature, you choose where the video goes (for example another app or person). That kind of share is controlled by you and your device.
4. What stays on your device
The app may store on your device:
- Downloaded or saved videos you create
- Simple local records needed to show your collection
- Temporary files used while a generation is in progress
5. What is sent off your device
When you start a generation, your selected photo (and related job details needed to fulfill the request) are transmitted to our online services so the video can be processed and returned to you. Template previews and finished videos may also be loaded over the network.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party ads in the app, and we do not use advertising identifiers for ads.
6. Third-party processing
Creating a video requires cloud hosting and automated media processing. Those providers may temporarily handle the photo and related media only to complete your request and operate the service (including basic technical logs such as connection metadata). We do not describe specific vendors here.
7. Retention
Media and job data kept on our servers are retained only as long as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, and meet legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified according to our retention practices. Content you keep in the app remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the app.
8. Children
The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Your rights and choices
You can:
- Choose whether to select and upload a photo
- Delete saved videos from the in-app collection
- Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove local content
- Contact us to ask about deletion of server-side data related to your use

10. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
